Foremost is the Brain Drain, which implies that the migration of brainy people to the other country in search of wealth, prosperity, and fame. Truly speaking, Brain Drain is the area where we actually immigrate the talent to other countries, unknown of the fact that they are actually wasting the investment done on them through their journey of higher education.
In the 19th century, a remarkable amount of brain drain has occurred from rural to urban areas and the most brain occurred to North America from Europe, and in modern times, from developing nations to the developed ones, especially after colonialism. The people from countries like China and India are equally motivated to return to their home countries due to rapid economic growth, increasing living standards, and increasing opportunities in their home country.
